Dahi bhalle is a very famous and delicious street food. anyone like to eat dahi bhalle . mostly childrens are very like this street food.   This recipe take a long time but I am making this recipe in simple way . let see this recipe's ingredients

INGREDIENTS  :-

                           . Urad ki dhuli dal
                                  1/2kg                          
                           . Baking Powder
                                   1/2 teaspoon
                           .Hing  -one pinch
                            . Cumin seeds
                                   1/4  Teaspoon
                         Salt to tast
                          .  Oil for fry
                          .   Cumin seed Powder
                                 1/2 spoon
                          .  Chaat Masala
                               1 teaspoon
                          . Dahi -1kg
                          . Black pepper
                                1/4teaspoon
                          . pomegrante seeds
                               for garnishing     
       
HOW TO MAKE DAHI BHALLE
            PREPRATION
         1.   Urad dal soak for 4
                hours  then seprate the
                dal from the water.

          2. Grind the urad dal
               without water.
                                                                                
         


HOW TO MAKE BHALLE:-

Take  grinded urad dal and mix the ingredients,baking powder,hing,cumin seeds,salt to tast, black pepper . mix it well for 5 minutes and  take rest for 10 minutes  then make it in round shape .Remember to greece oil  or water on your hand then make  round shape bhalle. And deep fry then ready to golden brown crispy nd delicious bhalle .then we have to dip the bhalle  in water
                                        for about 1 hour,then squeeze the bhalle
                                               and gentally put on the plate.
                                                

HOW TO MAKE CURD MIXTURE :-
        

   Take a bowl and blend the dahi in it . blend it properly  and mix the ingridient  cumin powder,salt to taste, black pepper, then mix it well . Now mixture is ready.
PLATING UP :-
             Take a one palate place bhallas nd break them a little from the middle.
        Add the chilled nd sweetened curd ,green chutney ,Imli ki khatti mithi chuney.
    Garnishing with pomegrante and sprinkle some chaat masala nd black salt and serve   Immidiatly.
