ALLU TIKKI

       WELCOME TO GOLD'S KITCHEN
 
Tikki is very delicious street food.everyone like this, mostly children are very like this snack   
       In Punjab tikki is very famous snack. tikki is usually served with chole,green chutney and  imli chutney.
          Aloo tikki recipe looks difficult but i will try  to make this recipe in simple way.

                      


NOW  CHECK OUT THESE INGREDIANTS


        
1.  Patatoes  -1/2kg
2. Channa dal  -1/2cup (half boiled)
3. Ararrot  or cornflour -3-4  spoon
4.Oil  for fry
5. Salt to taste
6. Coriender leaves
7. paneer  -choped 5 tea spoon
8.  Red chilli powder
9. Turmric powder
10.  Cumin powder -1/4teaspoon
11.  Green chilli  - 2 choped
12. Green peas -2 table spoon 
                             (half boiled)

HOW TO PREPRATION FOR TIKKI  :-




        Bioled patatoes and peel off .
then mash the patatoes, mix it very well  then take the patatoes dough and mix the ingredients, salt to taste, arrarot, oil 2 tablespoon  then make a smooth paste .
   Now this is ready to tikki   dough


NOW  I AM MAKING THE CHANNA PASTE :-

    Take half  boiled  channa dal nd mash it well .
  in  mash dal  mix  salt,red chilli, turmric powder , cumin powder ,boiled peas , choped panner, oil  2 tablespoon and this paste shallow fry in pan .
      Now dal paste is ready.

HOW TO MAKE TIKKI  :-




First of all you can apply  some oil on your hand  when making the tikki.
      
Heat oil in pan and take aloo dough
mixture in your hand an dal mixture  fill in the allo  dough.
      and make a tikki shape .
  Gently place the aloo tikki  in fry pan.
  When one side tikki is golden brown and crispy then turn over and dry other side of tikki  . 
          Once done , then drain the tikki on napkins to remove the excess oil. 
        Now deady our delicious tikki. 

PLATTING. UP :-
                              
                        Take a plate and place a tikki in it . Add some curd , green chutney, imli chutney and sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
               Now tikki  platting is ready and
       Serve the spicy , delicious,crispy tikki

             IMMEDIATELY.
